Introduction

Welcome to Keikaku! Let's start by answering the most common first questions and get you up to speed!


What is Keikaku?

Keikaku is an online web service that digitizes your client management. It streamlines the process of planning your project budgets, sending orders to your clients and handling their invoices. Whatever software you might use for project management and accounting, Keikaku is the missing piece of the puzzle that bridges them together.

An encapsulated service

Keikaku handles your client management without tapping into your project management or accounting. Pick any softwares for these matters, Keikaku lives neatly alongside them.

You start by adding clients to your account. They can be your business partners, service providers, freelancers or other individuals that you work with. The second step is to create a project with at least one budget.

Now you are ready to create orders for anything that you might need. Each order will be linked to a budget and Keikaku will automatically handle the generation of a PDF order file, send it to the client of your choice and provide them with a simple way to upload their invoices. Keikaku even handles currency conversions when working with international clients.

Every invoice from a client needs to pass multiple steps. Automatic notifications keep you in the loop, so you'll never miss an order deadline or invoice payment and your projects stay under budget.


Subscription plans

If you want to try out Keikaku, you can do so right away with our 5 day trial. To unlock advanced features and to keep using Keikaku you need to subscribe to one of our plans. Each of these plans is designed to be a perfect fit depending on the size of your business.

If you are an individual or just started out with your new business, our "Freelancer" plan is a perfect fit. You can get started with your first project and start managing your clients and sending orders to them.

When your needs start to grow you may upgrade to one of our bigger plans at any given time. Subscribing to our "Startup" plan grants you access to our team management feature, so you'll be able to delegate tasks to multiple users within your company.

And finally, our "Business" plan grants you access to additional premium features and reporting tools.
